When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the dates you asked about, the number of people in your group and your surfing level. If you book, we also hold what you paid and any medical or safety information you tell us.

To answer your enquiry, run your surf day safely, arrange sports insurance cover and keep the accounting records the law requires.
